The ideal candidate will have three to five years of commercial real estate transactional experience and an interest in working across the full lifecycle of real estate assetsfrom acquisition and financing through structuring joint ventures, construction, leasing, title, and disposition. Experience supporting developers, owners, and real estate private equity funds is a plus. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Delaware. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent academic record and strong writing skills required. Experience handling a broad range of real estate transactional matters, including purchase/sale transactions, leasing, financing, closing documents, title review, due diligence, and development documentation. Familiarity with transactions involving diverse asset classessuch as hospitality, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, healthcare, selfstorage, or renewable energy propertiesis strongly preferred. Experience advising clients at various stages of the real estate asset lifecycle or assisting with real estate private equity fund matters (e.g., fund formation, mezzanine or equity investments, acquisitions, or dispositions) is a plus. Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions preferred; land use experience helpful but not required. Environmental experience is a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Demonstrated initiative, eagerness to learn, and a longterm interest in contributing to the growth of the practice. Work Environment & Physical Demands: This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers. Physical Requirements: Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
