Leasing Consultant $20-$21/hr DC

To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client a real estate investment company is seeking a Leasing Consultant on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C. About The Job: Conduct apartment tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a strong customer-service focus Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into signed leases Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents to support occupancy and retention Assist with lease applications, renewals, and move-in coordination Maintain accurate leasing records and update CRM/leasing systems Collaborate with property management team on daily operations and leasing strategy About You: Previous relevant experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor Ability to confidently close leases and proactively follow up with leads Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Customer-service oriented with strong relationship-building skills About The Position: Start Date: ASAP! $20-$22/hr Perm Salary Range: ~$50K base + $75-$100 commission per signed lease Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00am-6:00pm (one weekday off) Fully onsite Metro Accessible!
