This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-service oriented, and interested in building a career in property management. No prior property management experience is required; however, candidates with apartment management, leasing, maintenance, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Show and lease available apartments to prospective residents Coordinate and assist with tenant service requests Schedule and communicate with contractors and vendors Prepare written correspondence with tenants, contractors, and vendors Update and maintain property management and task-tracking software Perform data entry, research, and recordkeeping Handle general office and administrative duties Assist with routine property inspections Help maintain a positive living environment for residents Coordinate maintenance Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and general computer applications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and professionally with residents, vendors, and contractors Reliable transportation and personal vehicle required for occasional off-site errands Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in property management, leasing, customer service, maintenance, or office administration Basic maintenance and repair knowledge Familiarity with apartment communities and resident relations Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screening Authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Full-time, stable employment Salary 50% rent discount TO APPLY: To apply for this position, please respond to this ad with a cover letter and your resume.
