Pay: $18/hr | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a professional and outgoing Leasing Consultant (Floater) to support two apartment communities in Concord, NC (28027). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work environment and thrives in a fastpaced leasing office.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Process leasing applications, renewals, and moveins
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong communication
• Assist with marketing efforts and resident events
• Support office operations at both assigned properties
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects

Requirements

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Professional, organized, and reliable
• Comfortable floating between two communities
