Our client, a leading organization in the gaming industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager 4 to join their team. As a Business Development Manager 4, you will be part of the Partnerships & Licensing department supporting gaming partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Development Manager 4

Location: Redmond, WA (On-site required at Bear Creek A; hybrid work arrangement with 3 days/week onsite, Monday and Friday remote)

Pay Range: $45-$48 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Support senior Business Development managers in executing partnership contracts for gaming projects, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

  • Assist with negotiation materials, contract templates, and operational workflows across all deal stages.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of agreements within contract management systems and SharePoint.

  • Manage supplier setup and payments using internal finance tools and systems like PaymentCentral.

  • Track licensing rights and expirations to ensure compliance and support timely renewals.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, contract management, or related roles within the gaming or entertainment industry.

  • Proven experience working with legal contracts, finance, and legal teams on time-sensitive deals.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
