Position Summary:
Part-time and Full time seasonal. (June, July, August, September) Awesome summer job!
3-4 days a week.
Must be available on most weekends as that is mostly our busy time.
Flexible schedule from week to week depending on bookings and needs of the business.

EAGLERIDER Vancouver looking for a Retail Rental Specialist who is passionate about motorcycles, customer service and motorcycle travel.

You will be responsible for offering customer service and retail assistance. You will be the first point of contact for walk in customers and pre-booked groups from around the world. Checking IN and OUT the clients and bikes. Bike orientations. Washing and detailing bikes. Helping out of town riders discover the best roads to take on their adventure. Selling at the counter protection packages for the rentals. etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Use company approved sales techniques when determining customer needs
Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs
Prepare all outbound rentals and return documents accurately and completely
Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines
Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges
Review all charges at the time of vehicle return
Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner
Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues
Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills:
Must have strong leadership and organizational skills
Must possess strong communication skills to deal with customers, and other employees
Knowledge of reservation systems, Excel, Word, and other software programs
Valid motorcycle driving license a MUST. Class 6.
