Are you a people person with a passion for customer service and sales? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Leasing Agent to join a growing lease-up community in the Marble Falls area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term earning potential!

Position Details:

Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00$19.00 per hour
Full-Time Schedule
Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Alternating Weekends:
Saturday: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
Enjoy a day and a half off during the week when working weekends

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents
Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into residents
Process applications and leasing paperwork
Maintain resident and prospect relationships
Assist with resident retention and customer service initiatives
Help achieve occupancy and leasing goals

Qualifications:

Previous leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-minded with the ability to build rapport quickly
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
