Right now, we are looking to add a Lauras Home Operations Manager to our team. In this new role, youll report to the Lauras Home Campus Director and oversee all supporting operations of Lauras Home, our womens and childrens crisis center. The Operations Manager provides leadership to three direct reports managing a team of 15 staff serving 200+ women and children daily. This position manages the supervisors for foodservice, facilities maintenance, and safety and security teams.

If you have the following qualifications and experience, this might be the job for you!

• Bachelors degree in related field is required. Masters degree in related field is preferred.
• 7+ Years experience in supervision and management is required, rescue mission or similar setting strongly preferred.
• Related experience in rescue missions or another relevant field preferred.
• Supervision and management experience required.
• Knowledge in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention preferred.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is required: foodservice/hospitality management, facilities management, customer service, and/or security operations.
