Experienced Handyman for Property Management/GC Company

Small busy GC and property management company looking for experienced and professional carpenters, handyman, skilled trade persons with with a cheerful, customer service attitude and knowledge in some of the following areas:

* Updating, repairing, maintaining, renovating and/or remodeling single family houses.

*General and finish Carpentry, repairs, framing, installing molding, installing doors, drywall, installing laminate/vinyl plank flooring, light plumbing and electrical and other construction skills to help renovate/update/repair/maintain homes.

*General exterior repairs: Roofing, siding, Trim, windows, doors, etc.

*General Handyman home repairs

Experience with a high-end property GC, Remodeler and/or property manager a plus
