Position overview :

LeFant is currently hiring a Case Building Supervisor to join our Medical Disability Exam Services team. This is a remote opportunity. The Case Building Supervisor is responsible for supporting a team by providing coaching, performance tracking, answering questions, and monitoring the workflow of the team they support.

Due to contract requirements, only a US Citizen or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity.

Home Office Requirements Using LeFant-Provided Equipment:

  • Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net )
  • Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
  • Private work area and adequate power source
  • Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform supervisory responsibilities including but not limited to the following: identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates; develop work schedules and assign duties to subordinates to ensure efficiency; discuss job performance concerns with subordinates to identify causes and issues and works closely with the HR on resolving problems; evaluate subordinates' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action; and ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks.
  • Ensure departmental service level requirements and goals are met.
  • Participate in Interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.
  • Review and approve employee time records and manage overtime utilization.
Requirements
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • All work must be performed within the United States
  • Must be eligible for a public trust clearance

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • 2 years previous MDES Case Building experience is required

Pay Transparency

There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Annual salary is just one component of Le'fant's total compensation package. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. This commitment applies across temporary, part-time, full-time, and salaried positions, complying with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds.
