• Ongoing: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Supervisor to support daily operations at a multifamily community in Houston. This is an urgent need for this week, with the potential to transition into a temptohire role for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and capable of leading onsite operations while maintaining a professional and residentfocused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and support onsite staff
• Ensure work orders, maintenance tasks, and property upkeep are completed efficiently
• Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and quality control
• Support leasing and resident relations as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to management
• Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer service

Requirements

• Lead, Supervisor, or Senior Maintenance/Operations experience in property management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to start this week
• Reliable, professional, and able to manage a fastpaced environment
• Temptohire availability
