Small GC looking for turn crews - REIT, Property management etc

Small GC looking for additional subcontractors/crews for property management turns and renovations. Painting, basic handyman, tub refinishing etc. 1099 gig pays weekly upon completion. Requires liability insurance and good time management. Work all across the valley preferably prior experience with similar jobs.
