BHS/PBB Maintenance Manager - DCA Airport

ERMC Aviion Services is in search of an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our BHS, PBB, and Facilities Maintenance operions the DCA airport.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Operions team by working in a safe, customer-focused manner; and must be highly self-motived and customer-centric.
• Develop and design innovive solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergencies.
• Handle multiple internal and externally sponsored projects and daily activities, manage to and meet deadlines, and develop & track plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.
• Work with Safety department leadership to understand, implement, and audit safety programs. Ensure th all safety programs and procedures are followed.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and good working relionships with operions leadership.
• Facilite technical and safety training, as well as help to develop professional development of maintenance associes.
• Mentor all maintenance associes by motiving and providing direction to help them achieve their goals and make a consistent effort to go above and beyond.
• Own and promote excellent housekeeping.
• Participe in weekly network Site calls and periodic Maintenance Manager offsite conferences.
• Candides must have the ability to provide specific, enriched feedback to enhance individual performance, and provide associes with written performance appraisals including discipline and up to terminion.
• Maintain site morale and customer sisfaction by keeping the customer in mind and by keeping the interests of the company heart.
• Perform additional duties/assignments th may be required by Leadership.

Qualificions :

Must be authorized to work in the United Stes without sponsorship.

Must possess a Government ID and social security card.

Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.

Must have or be able to tain reliable transportion.

Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weher, as well as small spaces

Able to receive approprie security clearances after sisfactory completion of a criminal background check.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to work extended hours depending on operional needs.

Must have least 3 years of experience in airport BHS and/or PBB Maintenance.
