Leasing Agent

L.K. Jordan & Associates has an immediate opening for a Leasing Agent. This position will be responsible for the initial intake and administrative support of reviewing and processing applications to apartment communities. This is a temp to hire opportunity, typical schedule is Monday- Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm. Must have reliable transportation and communities are located throughout San Antonio!

Pay rate starts at $21.60!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have a High School Diploma or GED and provide proof.

2 years of experience in apartment leasing and marketing fundamentals.

Valid Texas Class drivers license and reliable transportation.

Pass background check and drug screen.

Must be willing to work at communities based on business needs.
