Tax Appraiser - Residential

Performs specialized appraisal of residential real estate for county tax purposes. Collects pertinent data, enters the data into the Mass Approval compu system, proofs and performs final review to produce a tax listing and appraised tax value. Provides service to the public related to residential real property tax appraisal. Reviews appeals of residential properties to make corrections and/or defend values. Work is performed under the supervision of the appraisal supervisor.
