Responsibilities

Greet prospects, provide tours, and explain community features

Handle leasing applications, renewals, and movein processes

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong communication

Assist with marketing, resident events, and daily office operations

Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects

Requirements

Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and sales skills

Professional, organized, and reliable

Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
