Leasing Consultant - Property Management

Location: Portland, OR 97201

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay: $22-$24 per hour

We're seeking a Leasing Consultant who understands the leasing process, thrives in a fastpaced environment, and can deliver results with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents and provide highquality, informative property tours

Respond quickly to phone, email, and online inquiries to maximize leasing opportunities

Demonstrate strong product knowledge and highlight community features and benefits

Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare accurate lease agreements

Manage renewals, resident communication, and customer service needs

Maintain organized records and update property management software daily

Assist with marketing, outreach, and occupancydriven initiatives

Ensure the leasing office, model units, and amenities are clean and presentable

Qualifications

Previous leasing experience required (property management or multifamily preferred)

Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Professional appearance and positive, solutionfocused attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Comfortable using computers and leasing software

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to work Saturdays as needed
