SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE The position supervises the repair and overhaul process of SafranHE family of engines and accessories. The position participates in the organizational planning/reporting for all MRO activity and goals. 2.0 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that safety is a priority. Coordinates and implements training of assigned employees and ensures that they are properly trained for each task they are performing. Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and provides the COO with the updated metrics. Reviews the performance and conducts performance evaluations of assigned personnel. Tracks and controls the output/throughput volume of assets through the shop. Ensures that priorities set by the Master Schedule are met and that issues are escalated to the COO. Communicates/measures shop and personnel performance in regard to Cost Quality and Delivery. Measures, tracks and improves efficiencies of assigned personnel through participative innovation. Responsible for preventative maintenance schedule on all shop equipment. Ensures 5S /cleanliness of shop and all workstations. Supports and implements all Safran HE and FAA rules and regulations. Travel required 5% internationally. 3.0 SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Supports and implements all Safran HE USA and FAA rules and regulations, Safran HE USA and management policies as well as Mission, Vision, & Values Assist in the planning of the future of Safran HE USA; for both near and long term Assigns and monitors work of assigned employees, including training and coaching; conducting of ongoing performance planning and appraisal; hiring, transferring, promoting, and managing performance and terminations; and recommending actions.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities Airframe license desired; Power Plant license required. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university preferred Two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
