We are seeking career-focused individuals interested in a supervisory role for a nationwide facilities services company. A great deal of independence is given with this position, and as such, time management and self-motivation skills are essential.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage client accounts and deal with issues that arise.
Flexible schedule needed to respond to client concerns.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Using problem-solving skills to deal with issues on the job.
Be a trainer for the cleaning crew on our company standards.

Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience is a strong asset but not required.
Flexible schedule and great time-management skills.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Travel between Edmonton and neighbouring cities may be required.
Creative thinking and motivational skills are essential to learn about the various aspects required for this role.
