Commercial Real Este Agent Requirements :

• 3+ years of successful business expansion and client development
• Must have or secure a ste real este license
• Passion for excellence, strong communicion skills, and ability to multitask
• Flexibility, creivity, problem-solving, and negotiion skills
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission compension structure
