Part Time Licensed Residential Leasing and Sales Assistant (current Arizona Real Estate License is required) needed for a small local real estate and property management company. Property management experience is very helpful.
We are a fun, fast paced office and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. We value a fast thinker who is able to think outside the box and multitask.
Duties include:
Answering phones
Assisting walk in customers
Booking showing appointments
Show customers available properties
Handle rental deposits, and rents
Prepare and send leases to customers for completion
Coordinate move-ins/move-outs
Complete move-in/move-out paperwork
Conduct move-in/move-out walk throughs
Post rent monies as directed by broker
List properties for sale/lease on the MLS
Other duties as assigned.
Paid holidays
Hours Monday and Friday 10am to 4pm
$23 per hour
