Multi-Family Property Manager Needed - Competitive Pay & Benefits

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in property management. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high occupancy levels, resident satisfaction, and efficient property operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage office staff
Process and approve rental applications
Oversee make-ready units and property readiness
Manage vendor relationships and services
Handle evictions and ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Manage payroll and accounts payable

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of property management experience with 200+ units
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Must be Bilingual
Experience with RENT Manager, OneSite, and Blue Moon systems is a plus
