Property Manager - Memorial Towers - 8 story-midrise

Memorial Towers is seeking an energetic, friendly, and experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and leasing at our midrise community. We need someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, loves helping people, and can keep our operations organized and efficient.

If you are a proactive problem solver with a background in multi-family housing, we want to talk to you ASAP!

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and community updates.

Manage the leasing lifecycle: conduct tours, process applications, prepare lease agreements, and handle renewals.

Coordinate vendor schedules, oversee property upkeep, and assist with light troubleshooting as needed.

Provide exceptional, warm, and professional customer service to maintain high resident retention.

What Were Looking For:
Experience: Previous multi-family leasing or property management experience is required.

Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish speaker) is highly preferred.

Personality: Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. You will be the face of the community!

Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency is required (must be comfortable navigating property management software like AppFolio/Buildium, handling email communication, and basic data entry).

Availability: Ready to start immediately.
