Gestionnaire principal(e) de propriete JLL
Ce que ce poste implique :
Le Gestionnaire principal(e) de propriete assurera la supervision strategique et operationnelle dun portefeuille dactifs majeurs comprenant Centre Eaton de Montreal, Place Montreal Trust et Le 1500. En etroite collaboration avec la Directrice, avec les equipes dexploitation ainsi que les proprietaires institutionnels, ce role contribue directement a la performance financiere, a loptimisation des actifs et a lexcellence de lexperience locataire et client.
Le titulaire du poste jouera un role cle dans la gestion quotidienne des operations, la supervision des equipes, lencadrement de dossiers complexes ainsi que la mise en uvre de strategies daffaires alignees avec les objectifs de JLL et des proprietaires. Le poste requiert un haut niveau dautonomie, de leadership, de jugement strategique et de capacite a gerer des actifs a fort volume et a forte visibilite.
A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Diriger lelaboration et le controle des budgets dexploitation et de depenses en capital en collaboration avec les equipes internes, en assurant loptimisation de la performance financiere et operationnelle des actifs
Superviser lensemble des programmes lies a lexploitation des proprietes afin dassurer des standards eleves en matiere de qualite dactifs, de service a la clientele, de durabilite, de gestion environnementale, defficacite energetique et de gestion des mesures durgence
Veiller au respect des obligations contractuelles et reglementaires, incluant les clauses des baux, les politiques internes, les procedures dimmeuble et les standards operationnels de JLL
Elaborer et mettre en uvre des strategies visant a maximiser les revenus, optimiser le NOI et contribuer a la creation de valeur a long terme pour les proprietaires
Superviser la gestion des comptes recevables et payables, assurer le maintien de relations strategiques avec les locataires et intervenir dans les dossiers sensibles ou complexes necessitant un haut niveau de negociation et de jugement
Agir a titre de partenaire strategique aupres des proprietaires institutionnels, participer aux rencontres executives et assurer la presentation de recommandations liees a la performance des actifs, aux investissements et aux opportunites doptimisation
Collaborer avec les equipes de location, marketing, construction et exploitation afin de soutenir les initiatives de repositionnement, de redeveloppement et damelioration continue des proprietes
Superviser, mobiliser, developper et accompagner les membres de lequipe sous sa responsabilite, assurer la gestion de la performance et contribuer au developpement des talents et des meilleures pratiques operationnelles
Assurer la coordination et le suivi de projets majeurs lies aux actifs, incluant les projets damelioration, de modernisation, etc.
Qualifications requises :
Diplome universitaire en administration, gestion immobiliere ou domaine connexe
Minimum de sept (7) annees dexperience dans un role de gestion immobiliere commerciale comprenant des actifs complexes ou a forte envergure
Excellentes aptitudes en communication ecrite et verbale en francais et en anglais*
Solides competences en leadership, gestion dequipe, negociation et gestion des relations avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau
Excellente capacite danalyse financiere, de resolution de problemes et de prise de decision dans un environnement complexe et en evolution rapide
Capacite demontree a gerer simultanement plusieurs priorites strategiques et operationnelles avec un haut niveau dautonomie et de rigueur
Qualifications preferees :
Experience en gestion de proprietes commerciales de grande envergure ou de portefeuilles multi-actifs
Connaissance des logiciels de gestion immobiliere et des systemes de gestion de batiments
Fort esprit dinitiative ainsi que solides competences en leadership et en mobilisation dequipe
Excellente capacite danalyse, de resolution de problemes et de prise de decision
Excellentes competences en relations interpersonnelles, en communication et en collaboration avec divers intervenants

Senior Property Manager JLL
What this role involves:
The Senior Property Manager will provide strategic and operational oversight for a portfolio of major assets including Centre Eaton de Montreal, Place Montreal Trust and Le 1500. Working closely with the General Manager, operations teams and institutional ownership groups, this role directly contributes to financial performance, asset optimization and the overall tenant experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of operations, team leadership, oversight of complex matters and the implementation of business strategies aligned with JLLs and ownerships objectives. This position requires a high level of autonomy, leadership, strategic judgment and the ability to manage high-profile, high-volume assets.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead the preparation and oversight of operating and capital expenditure budgets in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring the optimization of the assets financial and operational performance
Oversee all property operations programs to ensure high standards related to asset quality, customer service, sustainability, environmental management, energy efficiency and emergency preparedness
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, including lease provisions, internal policies, building procedures and JLL operational standards
Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing revenue, optimizing NOI and contributing to long-term value creation for ownership
Oversee accounts receivable and payable management, maintain strategic tenant relationships and intervene in sensitive or complex matters requiring a high level of negotiation and judgment
Act as a strategic partner to institutional owners, participate in executive meetings and present recommendations related to asset performance, investments and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with leasing, marketing, construction and operations teams to support repositioning initiatives, redevelopment projects and continuous asset improvement
Supervise, mentor, develop and support team members under their responsibility, ensure performance management and contribute to talent development and operational best practices
Coordinate and oversee major asset-related projects, including improvement, modernization and other strategic initiatives
Required qualifications:
University degree in administration, real estate management or a related field
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in commercial property management involving complex or large-scale assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English*
Strong leadership, team management, negotiation and stakeholder relationship management skills
Excellent financial analysis, problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced and complex environment
Proven ability to manage multiple strategic and operational priorities simultaneously with a high level of autonomy and rigor
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing large-scale commercial properties or multi-asset portfolios
Knowledge of property management software and building management systems
Strong sense of initiative combined with solid leadership and team mobilization skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders
*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners located outside Quebec (for example: service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
