Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Property Manager/Office Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, vendor coordination, office operations, and supporting a busy professional services environment.

The Property Manager/Office Manager will help oversee day-to-day law office operations while also managing several attorney-owned properties. This position offers stability, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership in a small, professional environment where initiative, reliability, and follow-through are highly valued.

This is a great fit for someone who is organized, resourceful, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to take ownership of issues from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office operations for a professional law firm environment.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service needs across multiple properties.
- Communicate with and manage approximately 20 to 25 subcontractors, including painters, handymen, plumbers, and other service providers.
- Support bookkeeping functions for the law firm using QuickBooks.
- Track vendor activity, follow up on outstanding work, and ensure property-related issues are resolved efficiently.
- Use strong problem-solving skills to handle operational needs independently and professionally.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Orlando, FL.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage office operations and support day-to-day administrative needs for the law firm.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services across multiple properties.
- Communicate with subcontractors and ensure service work is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks.

- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant office management, property management, vendor coordination, bookkeeping, or administrative operations experience preferred.
- QuickBooks experience required.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with office software and digital records.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, leadership, and internal staff.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, get it done approach.
- Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a law firm, professional services office, real estate office, or property management environment.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors or maintenance vendors.
- Prior bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or administrative accounting support experience.
- Strong familiarity with local property maintenance needs and vendor scheduling.
