Job Summary
A growing property management organization is seeking an experienced WR-Maintenance Supervisor-Property to oversee maintenance operations for a residential or commercial property portfolio in San Ramon, CA. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a key role in keeping properties operating safely, efficiently, and at a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, service requests, repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support maintenance technicians to ensure timely and high-quality work completion.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, project coordination, and outside contractor performance.
- Partner with the Property Manager on maintenance planning, budgeting, inspections, compliance, and operational priorities.
- Ensure safety policies, building standards, and maintenance procedures are followed consistently.
- Perform or supervise work involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, general repairs, and building maintenance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $95,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Oversee property maintenance operations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and building systems support.
- Lead and train maintenance technicians while coordinating schedules, service requests, and project priorities.
- Manage vendor relations, contracts, safety compliance, and maintenance-related budgeting.
- Collaborate with property management to support operational excellence and property standards.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant maintenance, building operations, or property management maintenance experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general repairs, painting, and drywall.
- Experience supervising maintenance staff, technicians, vendors, or contractors.
- Ability to manage preventative maintenance programs, work order priorities, and service timelines.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety compliance policies and maintenance best practices in a property management environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within real estate, residential property management, commercial property management, or facilities operations.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets, vendor contracts, and capital or repair projects.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support residents, tenants, property managers, and internal teams professionally.
