Real Este Manager Overview
As a Real Este Manager, you will be a primary point of contact for all lease-reled mters within our offices.
Your main responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiing lease renewal agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and maintaining accure lease records. This role requires exceptional communicion and negotiion skills, combined with strong tention to detail to safeguard the interests of the company while fostering positive relionships with landlords. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Real Este.
This role is critical in faciliting seamless lease transactions and supporting the overall success of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and finalize lease renewal agreements for office locions ensuring all terms are clear, accure, and aligned with company policies
- Stay upded on relevant laws, regulions, and industry standards to ensure all lease agreements comply
- Communice with property owners and their representives through the lease negotiion process, throughout the terms of the lease, and address all inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure th landlords and property owners are adhering to the terms of the agreements
- In addition to all lease renewals, the Real Este Manager will process modificions, extensions, CAM situions, and addendums, ensuring all changes are documented accurely and legally
- Maintain a comprehensive dabase of lease records, ensuring all documents are organized, accessible, and up to de in visual lease
- Utilize our real este analytics software to assist in site selection for renewals and new locions
- Conduct periodic lease audits to verify lease compliance and identify and discrepancies or potential issues
- Work closely with facility and management and other internal stakeholders to streamline lease administrion processes and optimize lease transactions
- Analyze market trends, rental res, and lease terms in the real este industry to make informed recommendions for lease negotiion stregies
- Genere regular and as needed reports on lease negotiions, lease expirions, and lease-reled metrics to senior management
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial real este, lease administrion, contract negotiion, and/ or a reled area within the industry
- Familiarity with commercial real este, common area maintenance (CAM), and lease agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communicion skills to effectively negotie lease terms and interact with landlords and stakeholders
- Strong negotiion abilities to secure favorable lease terms while maintaining interests of the company
- Meticulous in reviewing and drafting lease agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Capable of managing multiple lease negotiions, administrive tasks, and projects efficiently and while meeting deadlines
- Collaborive mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
- Resourceful in solving lease-reled and common area maintenance issues in a timely manger
- Thrives in a fast paced and often times stressful environment
- Proficiency with lease management software
Pay Range:
- $70,000 - $80,000
