We are a busy female-led rental property management office seeking extremely accurate, advanced administrative and computer skills Windows 10, 365 Microsoft Office, EXCEL, QUICKBOOKS, ( or any accounting program). This role requires precision, accountability, and follow-through. Attention to detail is not optional, you are a master at follow-up details.

Minimum of 4 years of administrative desk and computer experience; methodical, careful, and precise. Do not apply if you dislike detail-oriented in-office work. Accuracy is critical. Errors create extra work.
Ability to instruct handyman on repairs needed within units to get them "Rent Ready" and you are a master at following up on details of your work and with handyman tasks.
You are an avid reader, you read from top of the page to bottom of page, ability to type letters accurately, strong proofreading skills, excellent phone communication skills with handyman, vendors and attention to accuracy and efficiency and speed of work.
Comfortable doing basic math and calculations in your head; and balancing numbers and using a calculator.
Must Own an iPhone, and a computer. You must live within 20 minutes of La Mesa; Do not apply if you live further.
You possess advanced technical skills and you have experience with use of "AI" to assist with tasks.
You enjoy a challenge troubleshooting technical issues, backups, copier, scanner, printer, photo uploads from units.
Highly organized, reliable, and conscientious; and develops a to-do-list naturally and can communicate that list.
Comfortable working independently in a small office with different tasks daily, and at times personal assistance to owner.
Interested in property management or have experience in the industry is a big plus, work dependently, submit invoice bi-weekly.

POSITION DETAILS Very Flexible schedule All holidays off, hours needed vary based on workflow, make a schedule that fits your lifestyle. You have an iPhone, and know how to work on a Desktop computer which is different from an Apple computer.
