This position aligns with the experience level of AIA Architectural Staff Level I (non-licensed) and is ideal for a designer who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility within a small, highly collaborative practice. We are a boutique architecture and interior design studio working across high-end custom residences and multi-family residential projects in the Bay Area and beyond. We combine refined design with exceptional client service. What You'll do: Support project teams through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation Produce drawings and develop design studies using AutoCAD and Rhino Prepare presentation materials and graphics using the Adobe Suite Assist with rendering and visualization using Lumion Coordinate information with consultants and support internal project organization Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural practice Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Revit is recommended but not required Legal work status in the United States Compensation & Benefits: We provide competitive salaries and benefits, including paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, 401(K), and reimbursements for professional development.
