Commercial real estate firm focused on retail development and brokerage is seeking a Property Manager to to be responsible for the oversight and performance of multiple premier, destination power shopping centers located in Pflugerville and Hutto. They will work remotely but spend time onsite at the properties as well. Key Responsibilities Financial & Asset Management Prepare, manage, and track annual operating and capital budgets in accordance with Management Agreement requirements. Review, approve, code, and submit invoices; ensure accurate rent billing, collections, and tenant ledger reconciliation. Review monthly financial statements and prepare required owner reporting packages. Coordinate billings for special services, construction extras, and after-hours HVAC. Support operating expense reconciliations in accordance with lease terms. Tenant, Vendor & Administrative Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned tenants; support lease compliance and day-to-day operational needs. Coordinate tenant communications related to property policies, operational updates, and scheduled work. Maintain property records including insurance certificates, contracts, warranties, and sales reporting. Issue work authorizations and oversee vendor compliance and performance. Collaborate closely with Accounting, Asset Management, Legal, and Construction teams. Physical Property Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of common areas, parking fields, and building systems across assigned properties. Supervise maintenance personnel and vendors; negotiate and administer service contracts. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of corrective actions. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs. Maintain emergency preparedness procedures and after-hours response protocols. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial retail property management experience. Experience managing power centers, lifestyle centers, or high-traffic multi-tenant retail assets preferred. Strong knowledge of lease administration, budgeting, and operating expense reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Yardi or similar platforms preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with regular local site visits.
