Real Estate Associate

Dallas and New York Haynes and Boone is seeking mid-level to senior real estate associates in our Dallas and New York offices with sophisticated experience working on real estate transactions including, sophisticated "dirt" real estate experience, including joint ventures, purchase and sales, leasing, and development transactions. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $310,000 - $445,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent, with applicable law.
