Operations Manager

A well-established agricultural operation is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily agronomy and operational activities including dispatching, logistics, inventory coordination, equipment scheduling, and facility operations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands fast-paced agricultural operations and enjoys solving problems, managing workflows, and leading teams. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day agronomy and operational activities Coordinate dispatching, scheduling, and logistics Supervise applicators, drivers, operational staff, and seasonal employees Assist with inventory management and operational planning Ensure equipment, facilities, and fleet are operating efficiently Maintain safety and compliance standards Work closely with sales, agronomy, and leadership teams Qualifications Agriculture operations or agronomy background preferred Leadership or supervisory experience Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of fertilizer, chemical, grain, or ag retail operations preferred CDL and applicator license are a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Health benefits PTO and paid holidays Stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential Please submit your resume to be considered.
