To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a real estate investment trust firm, is seeking a Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia. About The Job: Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, managing daily operations, maintenance requests, and lease-related needs Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through regular communication and issue resolution Oversee vendors, monitor performance, and assist with contracts and invoicing Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance Maintain tenant files, insurance certificates, and compliance tracking Support budgeting, reporting, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes Partner with internal teams and support events and property initiatives About You: 3+ years of commercial property management required (retail/mixed-use preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues independently Solid understanding of budgeting, invoicing, AR, and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office About The Position: Temp-to-perm Start Date: ASAP! $33-$38/hr Perm Salary Range: $75K-$90K Fully onsite Schedule: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM A1460508DC-Temp_...
