Leasing Consultant - Senior Living Community (Mandarin and/or Cantonese Required)

We are seeking a personable, energetic Leasing Consultant to join our Senior Living community, where the majority of our residents speak Mandarin or Cantonese as their primary language. Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential to supporting our residents and their families.

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and families, provide tours, and explain community offerings
• Build trusting relationships with older adults through patience, empathy, and clear communication
• Assist residents with leasing paperwork, renewals, and general questions
• Maintain accurate records using Yardi or RealPage (experience required)
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a warm, supportive environment

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required)
• Experience with Yardi or RealPage
• A friendly, upbeat personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Patience and professionalism when working with older residents
• Prior leasing or customerservice experience preferred
