We're looking for an energetic, experienced, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee our gorgeous 84-unit apartment community in Northridge, CA. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Community Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of the property. From leasing apartments and building resident relationships to overseeing operations and keeping occupancy high, you'll play a key role in creating a thriving community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lease apartment homes and conduct property tours
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into move-ins
Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals
Maintain high occupancy and resident retention
Deliver outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction
Oversee rent collections and delinquency management
Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections
Supervise vendors and onsite operations
Prepare monthly reports and manage property performance
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

23 years of multifamily property management experience
Strong leasing and sales skills with a proven ability to close leases
Experience managing apartment communities preferred
Knowledge of Fair Housing and California landlord-tenant laws
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with property management software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation: Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
