Site Manager

Grand Management Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time On-Site Manager for Evergreen Gardens Apartments, a 34-unit USDA Rural Development (RD) senior and disabled housing community in Tillamook, Oregon. This position includes a manager unit as part of the compensation package. The On-Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, including resident relations, rent collection, property inspections, coordination of maintenance and apartment turnovers, processing applications, maintaining waiting lists, and completing annual and interim resident certifications in compliance with RD requirements. The position also includes light maintenance duties as needed and ensuring the property is maintained in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. Experience with USDA Rural Development housing programs is preferred. This position is approximately 20 hours per week. Interested applicants should submit a current resume for consideration.
