On-Site Property Manager

Looking for an experienced on-site property manager for a 60-unit apartment building in Downtown St. Petersburg. Previous experience managing rental units is REQUIRED, ideally rental units or mobile home parks.

Duties include collecting rent, showing and leasing apartments, handling tenant issues, enforcing property rules, overseeing maintenance, making bank deposits, helping manage evictions, and assisting with general property upkeep.

This is a smaller, hands-on property - This is not a corporate management type position. We are looking for someone who can work independently, keep the building clean and rented.

This is a full-time live-on-site position. Compensation is $700/week plus housing and utilities. Property is non-smoking and pet-free.
