Lease Admin Analyst Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Lease Admin Analyst to join our Property & Facilities Management team. This remote position requires working within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. The role involves managing and processing all aspects of lease administration, including amendments, finances, invoices, rent payments, and ensuring accurate data entry in our workflow system, Salesforce. Responsibilities Conduct and resolve landlord inquiries and invoice reviews. Perform quality control of lease abstractions. Route documents and manage reconciliations. Receive and process invoices, notices, and questions about square footage, addresses, and dates. Understand leases from inception and ensure accurate data management in Salesforce. Essential Skills Previous experience in a lease administration role. Basic accounts payable skills. Proficiency in Salesforce. Ability to work remotely. Minimum of 3 years of experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with lease admin databases such as CoStar or MRI. Strong critical thinking skills. Proficiency in using PDF and MS Office Suite. Work Environment This position is fully remote, requiring candidates to work EST hours. The role involves using Salesforce and other lease administration databases. The work environment is dynamic and requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
