Commercial Title Officer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Commercial Title Officer to join to join the nation's largest title insurance company. This role is critical in the post-production phase, ensuring files are fully cleared, compliant, and ready to close while supporting both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage title files after production is completed, taking ownership through final clearance and delivery

Review and resolve title objection letters, working directly with clients to clear outstanding items

Examine and validate entity documentation (LLCs, corporations, trusts, etc.) to ensure compliance and readiness for approval

Analyze documentation and issue title endorsements, including performing approval decisioning

Serve as a key point of contact for attorneys, lenders, and brokers, providing clear communication and updates throughout the process

Conduct survey reviews and identify any issues impacting title or endorsements

Ensure all title requirements are satisfied so files can be cleared and finalized efficiently

Skills and Requirements

Strong commercial title experience required

Proven experience handling the post-production/title clearance side

Familiarity with endorsement guidelines and approvals, with the ability to independently issue endorsements

Experience reviewing:

Survey reads

Entity documentation

Reviewing Proforma Policies

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with: Attorneys, Lenders, and Brokers

Ability to manage files independently and move them through to completion with minimal oversight
