Kforce has a client in Falls Church, VA that is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced property management team in a highly visible, onsite role. This position plays a key role in keeping operations organized, supporting vendor coordination, and ensuring day-to-day business functions run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day administrative operations for a property management team
- Process and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Assist with vendor coordination, contract documentation, and system updates
- Monitor and maintain internal systems and reporting tools
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and manage logistics
- Take and distribute meeting notes and follow-ups
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Track deadlines and proactively follow up with team members* 1+ year of administrative experience (property management or real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working onsite full-time
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Outlook and Teams
- Exposure to property management or financial systems is a plus
