Description:
Work remotely in Texas by utilizing your own networking, marketing, and professional self-promotion to generate leads to yourself, then prequalify and refer the new prospects to our Admin office. We help renters find and qualify for apartments, townhomes, and rent houses, and aim to provide more current information, better matching, and more support than standard apartment locating services. We are an independently-operated real estate company that partners with remote agents to sponsor their real estate activities throughout the state.
No stable workplace is required. No wired internet is needed. No hidden fees. No cap on earnings potential. No quotas. No assigned schedule, but have a commitment to participate in weekly real estate activities that will lead to earning an income and supporting the company's goals for acquiring new customers.
There should be limited need for outgoing calls - You are not selling anything. Receive incoming calls, texts, chats, inquiries, and emails to yourself.
A permanent mailing address where you can receive mail from our office is required.
Referral Agents can spend less than 20 minutes with a customer. The task is to find, consult, and prequalify new customer leads to transition them into new prospects using the form we provide. This work accounts for 10% of the workload. Other agents complete the rest.
This 1099 work sets you free to work whenever you decide, without going at it alone, and is ideal for self-starters or entrepreneurs who either want to keep their options open or establish themselves as serious professionals in real estate. Either way, if you work, you will earn!
Company Culture and Flexibility:
Turn in your Work Calendar on Saturdays to inform us of when you are working. You may select any times, days, nights, and holidays that you want, with no scheduling restrictions. Our expectations are that you simply keep your promises with your hours and stay focused on providing leads.
Compensation and Earning Potential:
This is a team approach. Referral Agents complete only 10% of every clients file, and may work for a percentage (%) or a flat rate (fixed $). Statewide monthly rents range from a few hundred dollars to over $16,000, with the most-likely range of $1,200 to $4,470. You can earn a commission on a wide range of price points. Many single-family homes rent for tens of thousands of dollars across our state. Expect to work with customers who are typically spending $1,200 and up.
Team Responsibilities:
Establish a target customer, neighborhood, or other niche. Promote by advertising and networking to bring applicants to yourself. Have brief phone calls with prospects to learn about their rental needs. You will use a form of approximately fifteen questions to gather the key information we need. Follow the guidance, use the 24/7 support service, and complete your duties toward the successful move-in. Emails, texts, and calls will come directly to you from people who want an agents help to rent a home or apartment. You will finish the tasks on the same day you receive them.
Work Day Overview:
Submit the pre-qualification form to our office. You have no other duties.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A Texas Sales Agent's license, but no sales experience is required. Onboarding includes plenty of virtual tutorials, guidance materials, quizzes, and video lessons. Go at your own pace.

The workload is small, and Referral Agents are NOT responsible for helping renters to qualify and DO NOT have to make calls to properties on their behalf.
Assistance and coaching are available, including an Admin office that helps manage every clients file.
