Bilingual Property Manager - Spanish/English (RI)

Fenway Realty Capital LLC is hiring a bilingual Spanish-English Property Manager for rental properties in Rhode Island, especially Woonsocket, Pawtucket, North Providence, Providence, Warwick, and nearby areas.

Responsibilities include resident communication, leasing inquiries, scheduling, maintenance coordination, vendor follow-up, property visits, and administrative support. This role is a good fit for someone organized, professional, reliable, and comfortable communicating with residents, applicants, vendors, and contractors in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:
- Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish and English
- Property management, leasing, real estate, office, hospitality, retail, sales, call center, college housing, or other customer-facing experience preferred
- College degree preferred, but practical customer-facing experience is also welcome
- Strong phone, email, organization, and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation strongly preferred for local property visits

Schedule can be full-time or part-time depending on candidate availability. Compensation can be structured hourly or salaried depending on the candidate's experience, availability, and responsibilities. Hourly compensation is expected to be $20-$32 per hour. For a qualified full-time candidate who can take on broader property management responsibility, Fenway Realty Capital LLC may offer a salaried option around $50,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience and scope.
