Property Manager (Part Time)

Whether you're looking to break into real estate management and investing or you are already doing it and want to add another small property to your portfolio, I may have an opportunity for you. I have a 9 Family building in Chattanooga, and I need someone to look after it. I will train and teach you everything you need to know. Whether you want to keep it small or use this opportunity to learn and grow.

Duties are part time, compensation can be in the form of housing if you live on our property or cash if you live nearby. But you must live either nearby or on the property, too much travel will not allow this to become worthwhile.
