Administrative Assistant for Property Management

Busy property management company in Livermore seeks a motivated, dependable, and detailed- oriented person to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a highly interactive, people-focused role that requires flexibility, strong initiative, and a positive, professional attitude. The ideal candidate enjoys working with clients, handling a high volume of phone calls, and helping create welcoming and efficient experience for clients, vendors, and visitors. Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Successful candidates will possess:
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with accuracy with little to no supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Zoom)
Ability to work some evenings
Previous office experience in property management ideal but not required
Bilingual abilities a plus
Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls; greet clients and office visitors
Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and inquiries, maintaining strong relations
Email and client/vendor communication
Scheduling, calendar management, and coordination
Organizing contracts, invoices, permits, and job files

Compensation: $18-22/hour. Compensation is based on experience and suitability for the role. Medical and 401K benefits available after probation period.
