The Housekeeping Senior Operations Manager will primarily support the day & event operations for Citizens Bank Park.

  • Experience with administrative tasks (payroll, scheduling & procurement)
  • Working knowledge of custodial operations and related service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction, reporting, and team leadership.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • 3-5 years in a leadership housekeeping position is preferred

Computer Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of payroll and scheduling systems
  • Hire, train, coach and manage employees to ensure proper systems, policies and procedures are followed
  • Oversee and improve the housekeeping inventory system, including the proper distribution and control of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are enforced in the housekeeping department
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors
  • Schedule & lead daily and weekly staff meetings with management, supervisors and general staff
  • Generate and implement housekeeping quality initiatives by conducting inspections
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, timekeeping & procurement
  • Identify operational improvement initiatives, including process optimization and energy efficiency strategies.
  • Coordinate and provide services for the housekeeping operation to ensure timely housekeeping execution
  • Ensure compliance with ABM policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
