Property Analyst Sr / Lvl 3 / Orlando, FL or Grand Prairie, TX

You will be the Property Analyst Sr for the MFC EO Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing asset management across multiple offsite locations, ensuring accountability and compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Property Analyst Sr you will be responsible for driving assetmanagement excellence across our dispersed facilities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain accurate inventories of all assets at offsite locations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, customer contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce accountability controls and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Support audit activities and prepare documentation for compliance reviews.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requiresselected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secretclearance.

-Generally has 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
- Familiar with FAR/DFAR assetmanagement requirements. Proficient in MS Office and AIdriven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions.
- Ability to travel as needed to support sites and activities at the sites.-Skilled in MS Office and AIdriven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions. Excellent communicator, and attention to details.
-Have a Certification from National Property Management Association.
-Experienced in use of new 1LMX system
