Join our team as a supervisor on the Lockheed Martin Special Operations Contract based in Lexington, KY.

This mission criticalcontract requires o supervisors to managedeliveringon timeandon budgetmodificationsofMH 6,MH 60,andMH 47 aircraft as performed by a unionized workforce.

What Youll Do

DirectandcontrolthefullmodificationprogramforMH 6,MH 60andMH 47 platforms, ensuring cost, schedule & performance targets are met.
PartnerdailywiththeOperationsManager, peerSupervisors,AssociateManagers,andAircraftSchedulerstosecure on time, on budget delivery.
ProvideleadershipandtechnicalguidancetoGroupLeadsandTechniciansthroughallmodification
andtestphases.
Issueworkordersandtrackprogressagainsttheassignedtimelinetovalidateefficientcompletion.
CoordinatewithStructuralandElectricalEngineeringteamstotroubleshootandresolvetechnical
issuesthatariseduringbuild out.
Leadandmanagerecruiting,on boarding,andtrainingprograms; conductperformanceassessments; administerwork assignmentrecords; executerecognitionordisciplinaryactions as required.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start. Demonstrated experience applying AS 9100, 8210 & related DoD technical orders and interpreting engineering drawings.
Ability to manage in a fast-paced, rapid change environment as the mission requires
Eligibility and willingness to obtain a DoD Secret (or higher) clearance.
Strong written and oral communication able to brief senior leadership and write clear work order packages; experience in having direct conversations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Availabletoworkflexible, non standard shifts (including nights, weekendsorrotating A B schedules) in direct support of Special Operations missions.
Demonstrated ability to inspireandcoachteams to exceed goals while driving high morale in a union environment while following parameters of a Collective Bargaining Agreement. Self sufficiently organize&executeproduction strategy type plansmanagelargepersonnel teamsizes(15 ) and thrivethroughconflictingpriorities.
Prior experience supporting Military Special Operations customers (preferred).
5+years of aircraft modification / program managementexperience(especiallyMH 6/ 60/ 47).
Familiarity with **DoD maintenance/ inspection/ inspection procedures
