Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager 1 to join their team. As an Assistant Property Manager 1, you will be part of the property management department supporting the property operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assistant Property Manager 1

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $20

Shift: M - F 8:00 - 4:30

What's the Job?

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including phone support, report typing, filing, and correspondence distribution.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and special events as needed.
  • Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts and insurance documentation; generate reports.
  • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain property maintenance work order system and prepare monthly status reports for the Property Manager.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to give and receive direction professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
