We Are Hiring Miami Real Estate Agent (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced, full-time real estate agent to join my brokerage and work directly with active buyers, sellers, and rental clients across Miami.

This is a commission-only, performance-driven role for agents who already know how to produce and close.

COMPENSATION
50/50 split on brokerage-provided leads
Personal deals split to be discussed based on experience and production

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Minimum 5+ closed transactions (recent and verifiable)
Active Florida real estate license (Miami Board preferred)
Must be full-time in real estate (no part-time)
Must transfer the license to this brokerage
Proven ability to prospect, generate business, and close deals
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and client management skills
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

IMPORTANT
This is a commission-only position
NO salary / NO base pay
