About the Role As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first impression of the FLATS brand. You'll guide prospective residents through the full leasing journeyfrom initial inquiry to move-inwhile delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is motivated by building relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional first impression by engaging prospective residents and providing personalized property tours Drive leasing performance by following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing leases to meet occupancy goals Provide a warm, solutions-oriented experience that anticipates needs and resolves concerns to support resident satisfaction and retention Manage leasing operations, including processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and maintaining accurate records Stay current on pricing, availability, and promotions while ensuring units are market-ready and coordinating move-ins and move-outs Maintain awareness of local market trends and represent the brand at community events and marketing initiatives Requirements Requirements Previous luxury lease-up experience required Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills Excellent communication and professional presence Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Benefits Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Commission and bonus opportunities tied to occupancy goals Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO)
